The regulation introduced new requirements for how customers could view, request, and delete their personal data. While the legal obligations were clear, translating those requirements into a simple, understandable customer experience was not.
The challenge was designing a portal that could communicate complex data rights clearly while maintaining trust and usability within the Visible product ecosystem.
To meet compliance requirements, Visible needed a customer-facing data portal that allowed users to access and manage their personal information through a transparent, easy-to-use interface.
The solution needed to satisfy legal standards, align with Verizon’s parent company requirements, and present sensitive data controls in a way customers could confidently understand and use.
