Avion was started as an MVP to demo capabilities and sign airline partners.

The initial product successfully demonstrated the concept but lacked the polish and structural clarity expected in aviation software. Core UX patterns, navigation structure, and visual hierarchy needed refinement to support real-world passenger use and partner evaluations.

To move from prototype to credible product, the interface needed clearer navigation, stronger visual consistency, and a more cohesive brand presentation suitable for airline demos and sales conversations.
